Reprocess Tags (Add/remove tag to old orders)

Reprocess Tag means that you can add or remove tags to old orders in your Order list.

A. Reprocess orders with all workflows

  • If you want to tag or remove tags from old orders with all workflows that you just set up, please go to Settings -> Reprocess Tags

Note: Only orders created within the last 60 days can be re-processed. If you want reprocess older orders, contact us here.

  • Reprocess by order ID: Get order ID in your order detail, and enter ID here to update tag for every single order. You can select one order ID each time.

In the search bar, we update 10 latest orders for you to pick. You can search by Order ID to find yours. How to get your order ID?

  • Reprocess within a date range: Pick a duration you want to add tags to your orders. Remember to update your app permission so we can tag to your all orders.

After finish setting up, you'll see a progress bar to tell you how long it take to finish adding tags to your orders.

B. Reprocess orders with each workflow

Go to workflow you want to reprocess to all existing orders and click "Reprocess". Select a date range you want to add tags.

After finish setting up, you'll see a progress bar to tell you how long it take to finish adding tags to your orders.

You can also stop adding tags to your orders, yet charge cannot be refunded.

C. Reprocess price

To all plans, we can add tags to your 100 old orders at free charge.

If you have more than 100 orders to reprocess, we will calculate and send you the price you have to pay before start reprocessing.
